1. Thank you for your statements about your faith in Christ. It is much needed in my life right now. I am a 64 year old widow, who is awaiting a test result for Covid. My son- in – law just tested positive. I haven’t been able to see my 99 year old mother for almost 9 months now, because of this pandemic, she is shut up in a nursing home. I am alone day and night, especially now because I have quarantined myself, all I have is Jesus. It is nice to see and hear from others that love him too. God bless you

  2. Bonnie I enjoy hearing about your projects past & present and all the memories of you and your Mom. I lost my Mom in 2017 and she was an amazing seamstress as well, so I learned so much from her. I’ve had a hard time getting back to sewing at my machine as I have this fear if I get stuck I won’t know what to do since she was always there to ask. I just need to trust in all she taught me and know I could think it through. So I understand your feelings when you talk about yours. Cross stitch has been what has given me comfort just being able to sit and stitch with a needle helps me feel connected to my Mom. All your quilts are inspiring me to get moving forward and just turn on that machine! Have a blessed week😊 -Anne

  3. I have been enjoying your videos so much! I am mostly a cross stitcher but have dabbled in making beaded bracelets myself. Would love to see the bracelets you’ve made and possibly some tutorials on how to make them in the future. Really loved the one you were wearing today and i have some old buttons of my Great Grandmothers that i could see using as a closure like you used your Moms button for. Very cool!

  4. So lovely to see you again. I really appreciate your video… I know it takes valuable stitching time away but adds so much to the community! I do have a question about hand quilting… I am brand new to quilting and would like to try to hand quilt. Is there a tutorial you could recommend? Any tips that you have would be so helpful. You can answer on your next video if you feel like it. Thanks Bonnie… choosing joy today because of you. Have a great stitchy week!

  5. Hi Bonnie! I just want you to know how much I love your channel, both the cross stitch and the quilting. Thank you for sharing your projects, both past and present, and I love that you are so open and share your heart as well, the love of Christ shines through you, sweet lady! I can relate to much of what you share, personally and spiritually as well as with the creative things. May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make His face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you; May the Lord lift up His favor upon you and give you His peace. Numbers 6 : 24-26

  6. Hey, I wanna say – stop worrying about your arms! 😂. My grandmother’s arms wiggled like tidal waves, but I would give just about anything to have a hug from her again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  7. Found you for the first time through quilting and so enjoyed your constant showing different ideas , the love of your mom and your spiritual heart!! Looking forward to your next video!!

  8. Hi! I just happened to come across your channel last night (probably because I was watching flosstube videos). We have the same name – Log Cabin Stitcher. (I'm surprised YouTube lets that happen.) Bummer…not sure what to do at this point.

  9. Loved seeing your quilts Bonnie! They’re all beautiful! It makes me so happy to get in some type of stitching every day, especially quilting; and if I don’t, the day is just off a little 🤷🏼‍♀️ I think stitching quilts, embroidery, or cross stitch brings peace to your soul! Thanks for sharing the verses, they’re some of my favorites. Becca

  10. Bonnie, enjoyed your quilts/Valdani Thread and stories. Your wool appliqué squirrel pillow is so much fun. I enjoy wool appliqué as well, in fact last month I published my first wool appliqué pattern for eyeglass cases – one with a sunflower and one with a hydrangea bloom. I was able to source the wool locally and that was really fun to do. I featured the pattern on my last two FlossTube videos if you want to take a look. One of my favorite verses for when I am feeling anxious is Psalm 94:19 – When my anxious thoughts multiply within me, Thy consolations delight my soul. Hope you have a great week. Happy Stitching.

  11. Is the thirties quilt with the embroideries available in a book or pattern? It is a beautiful quilt that I can graph for myself but wonder what embroidery designs your mother used. Thanks

  12. Enjoyed your video, Bonnie. I love Maggie B patterns. I also have most of her books, they are such eye candy. The trick for when your Valdani thread is low, is to pull your thread in and out if the label tag and then wrap the thread around the tag and the ball.

  13. Hi. Love your videos. We like the same things. Doing some hand quilting on a little Halloween quilt. On your valdani balls. I also love valdani and love your storage cabinet. But check out Lisa bongean She has a trick for threading the label so it doesn’t fall off the ball. She has a you tube Stitch with Lisa. I love wool and wool appliqué. I live in Florida but my home is New England. So I still love the browns and golds. Thanks again. 😍

  14. My mom died on November 4th also,2017. I have every Maggie b. Book and the one you showed, I have out because I want to make the pillow with the triangle basket 🧺 😄 . Thank you for sharing.
