Hi Liz! Great discussion as always. I have ordered the regular seaweed capsules as I already obtain vitamin d and vitamin b12 from my trusty Saffrosun supplements 😄 I can’t wait to try the oil. Free P&P too – fantastic 👏🏻 I was just wondering if it might be worth looking into the topic of iodine supplementation for those taking levothyroxine – might be a useful discussion topic for a future live.
