1. 3:33 – endocannabinoid system is humans pro homeostasis system via how the ECS toggles all lipid signaling that effects every cell ( signal transduction – lipid rafts – cellular back cross talk ) .
ECS is the only neurotransmitter system to send lipid messages in retrograde communication … post to pre synaptic depolarization induces lipid signaling ( resolvins )

  2. 1:14– it is THC-a on the plant not THC… THC is an oxidized form of THC-a ( decarboxylated) . CBD-a as well is growing on the plant not CBD …
    tetrahydrocannabinolic acid
    cannabinolic acid

  3. Our bodies produce natural endocannibinoids, unless we're eating plant oils. Linoleic acid block our production of endocannibinoids. The true cure is to eat traditional fats…animal…instead of the ubiquitous vegetable oils, that began in the U.S in 1899.

  4. Cannabis is not the only plant that produces cannabinoids. He is wrong. Echinacea, Helichrysum Umbraculigerum, Liverwort, Kava all produce some cannabinoids, binding to receptors.

  5. This was very interesting. I'm a long-time smoker myself (hey, it's my choice) and I have tried asking several doctors about what the long term effects of smoking are.
Good doctors tell you that they really can't answer that, because it's simply not discussed in med school. Bad doctors give you base-less opinions. I don't want *opinions*, I need facts and knowledge. So seeing that something's finally happening with cannabis research makes me very optimistic.
The more facts I can base my choices on, the better.
