  1. I made this and it was delicious but I had to thicken mine with cornstarch because it was too watery for me. This might have been because I used the diced tomatoes and not the crushed plus I added a can of Rotel so it was totally my fault. If this happens to anyone else you can use a tablespoon of cornstarch and mix it with two tablespoons half and half then poor in your chili and stir. I’m sure you could add more beans as well but I didn’t want to do that. This is a great recipe and I’m sure it was totally my error since I’m new to the instant pot. I can’t wait to try your other recipes so keep them coming! 😋

  2. Made the recipe, came out soooo good! Only difference I did was I add the seasoning while cooking the beef and only used beef broth due to no beer (need to try with beer). And I added a can of diced tomatoes and a can of tomato sauce. So easy and yummy!

  3. I tried using ground chicken instead of beef and the chicken tasted a bit bland. Was wondering what I can add or do to the chicken to add more flavor. I read that chicken tends to become bland because it doesnt have much fat

  4. I’m following your recipe for tonight’s dinner! So far you’ve made it so easy! I’m a little scared as this is my 2nd time cooking in the Instant Pot! I think I was making it to hard in my thoughts! Can’t wait til it’s done!

  5. I tried to cook this but the burn notice came up on it. Any more liquid in it and it would be classified as a soup! What did I do wrong? I finished it on the stove and it did taste really great.

  6. I've made your chilli five times so far and it comes out great! My wife and I love it. Have you tried it with meatless meat yet? I have some vegetarian friends coming to visit. Can I substitute veggie stock for the beef stock?
