  1. Hi, Great Video. I do have a question. I have watched your previous videos on IUI and why failure occurs. I have already had a failed IUI cycle. I am 27 years old and I have also had an ectopic pregnancy on my right tube and it is now removed. My left tube is open. I also have an issue with estrogen, it makes me a high risk for blood clots. As a result, I have only been prescribed low doses of Letrozole for my treatment and only grow 1 mature follicle. I want to know if doing another IUI is a good idea or if I should try doing IVF. Also, is Letrozole a good option in medication or can other medication provide a better response. Thank you, I hope to hear from you !

  2. Hi Dr Aimee, I don't know where to start… We found out we were pregnant again on Christmas day naturally after a failed first round IVF cycle last October. We were over the moon but that was short lived. I had my blood drawn 2 days ago and HCG wasn't as high as expected then did a scan and we were told that gestation sac was empty. I am going back in a few days to do another scan but i feel no hope cz my symptoms are slowly fading my bbt isn't as high. so i think i am just waiting to miscarry again. I am devastated and no words to describe how I am feeling right now. Dr Aimee, what is the cause of an anembryonic pregnancy? why my pregnancies are not progressing normally…:( Last year I also miscarried at 8 weeks but I am not sure if it is the same, as last time there was something in the sac unlike this time. I am confused. was it missed miscarriage? can blighted ovum happen twice? Is there anything that i did that cause me to miscarry? i am lost DR Aimee. what should I do? What should i ask my Dr? what are the test that i need to do? i am lost…
Had my first blood drawn to confirm pregnancy Progesterone was 23.77 Estrogen 347.40 HCG 647.33 ; a week after Progesterone was 18.20 Estrogen 331.56 and HCG 12852 , recent 4 days apart was Progesterone 12.20 and HCG 17852.
I am still taking Dupahston (Dydrogesterone 10mg bid to tid)
thank you Dr Aimee, I hope to hear your encouraging words…I have been watching your show and I was delighted when i found our i was pregnant. I followed your advices taking the supplements you mentioned. Now i am just broken…

  3. I’m not sure if you’re religious, but god truly blessed this world when he created you. You have a beautiful purpose here on this earth and I am very grateful for the time that you dedicate to educate and empower other women. Your smile is also incredible, it seemed to melt all my worries away.

  4. I really enjoy watching your videos. I have learned so much from you. I am waiting on my HSH on Thursday also doing my ultrasound. I’m excited. Been TTCing for over 10 years. Hopefully things work out this time ☺️🙏🏾

  5. Hi Dr. Aimee! I love you and I love your channel!
I have a question that I would really like an answer to. Does pgs testing results over run embryo grading? I have 3 normal embryos one being good quality and two being fair quality. My clinic said good quality is top rated grade there. Thank you so much for your answer!

  6. I love sparkle! Dr. Aimee you make me smile! I'm a bus driver and work around a lot of engineering people and conductors and was encouraged to get that job because of priests who swore, now I am engaged to a really cool guy and he tolerates my swearing, SO — get over it! Right??? My question is this. — better for a uterus transplant or just standard IVF with egg donor. Either way we are probably gonna need an egg donor, which is better..one is less invasive, but one will be healthier for longer life for the whole family in the long run. Would appreciate your response. Genes tell me that the transplant is better…
