You can harvest anytime, but they still can grow a lot more, 2-3 weeks. Some farmers taught me u can harvest buds to smoke and let the rest grow but cut lowers first and leave an inch of stem to prevent drying. Leave buds out 2 days by a fan it’s ready to test.

It might not be in your budget but a jeweler's loupe from Amazon to look at the trichomes. You'll get better idea for when they are ready.
