  1. Hey Jerrika, this is so needed. I was that person. I had to seriously make a change. My Dr told me I needed to workout 5 days a week well I’ve been working out 7 days a week for the last 2 weeks. Thank you for motivating me. I even started this channel to hold myself accountable to me. Thank you for always motivating me even if you don’t know it. I’m that person who will have a thousand excuses. But I’m not fooling anybody. Thank you again

  2. Love love love your motivation! I’ve been on the right track with moving since I’ve started watching your videos. I still need to work on what I eat. I know you can’t outwork a bad diet. I will remain consistent and I got this! Thanks for the videos!

Yeap i stopped looking at those videos how to lose 5lbs in a week and stuff because it was just making me go in circles I started saying enough is enough this is a lifestyle and started watching what i eat and starting working out and take my healthy supplements. I don’t even care about the scale because i am loving how i feel and because i love it the weight will drop by default.

  4. Woow!! Im so proud of you on your journey, what a great inspiration! Losing weight is definitely not easy at all. One thing I realised after losing 50kg/100lbs in 5 months doing water fasting I realised that new goals don’t deliver new results, a new lifestyle does. This is a process not an outcome.

  5. This video makes me feel better about working out at home. I keep trying to make myself go to the gym but I don’t feel comfortable there, so I’m very inconsistent. I have an elliptical, weights, a jump rope and a parkway near my house. I literally have no excuses.
