1. Thank you Dr. Perlmutter and Dr. Cole. I have followed you both for the last year because I am a total health nerd always in search of optimal health. This was a great interview. Quick question on IF: I am mostly plant based with some sort of seafood once a day ( salmon, sardines, shrimp, etc) I am 5'2 and a healthy 100lbs. I love 16:8 and that's when I feel best. I obviously don't IF for weight loss but just wanted to make sure I am on the right track? Any information would be greatly appreciated
